How soon will I hear back?
We usually reply within two to three days. Sweeties Pawprints is a small, one-person sanctuary, so every message is read and answered by a real human. Thank you for your patience.
Where is my journal after I buy it?
Our guided journals are digital downloads. Right after checkout, your download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives in your email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we'll send it straight to you.
Do you offer refunds on digital journals?
Because our journals are instant digital downloads, they're generally non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong with your file or download, please reach out and we'll make it right.
Can I request a journal on a different topic?
Yes, gently. We're slowly growing our guided journals with new topics like gratitude and pet grief. If there's a theme close to your heart, tell us in the form below. Your note may shape what we make next.
