Refund policy

Everything in the sanctuary right now is a digital download. There's nothing to mail back, and nothing to return in the usual sense.

Once your file has been delivered and downloaded, it lives on your device for good. For that reason, we don't offer refunds on digital products after download.

That said, we're a small, soft-hearted shop, and we want you to feel cared for. Here's when we'll always make it right:

• Something's broken. If your file won't open, your download link fails, or you received the wrong file, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you, no fuss.
• You bought twice by accident. We'll refund the duplicate right away.
• You're walking through something heavy. If you bought a journal in a hard season and simply can't open it yet, write to us. We'll listen, and we'll be kind.

When we add printed journals and other physical pieces later, we'll update this page with their return details.
